Stepped on the scale today & noticed I’m almost back at 135, this made me happy. I wouldn’t complain if I lose 5 more, but here’s the reason I refuse to ever obsess over my weight. Look at that middle picture, me at 90 something pounds 5-6 years ago. I used to restrict myself to a max of 600 calories a day, and for what?! I look & feel so much better now IMO. Feel free to disagree, but I’d never want to be back in that place again.
